Bocce Champions Quran & Isaiah
So, so, so proud of Quran & Isaiah for being such hard workers, team players, & great representatives. Quran’s practice schedule was every other day until he asked to practice on an off day, which made it daily. Isaiah practiced every weekend. They came together this past Saturday & braved an initial narrow loss, a comeback in the losers bracket to the championship game, falling behind in the championship game 4-0, & lastly rattling off 10 unanswered points to earn the championship! Many thanks go out to SOHawaii’s Nikki, Nip, Dan, all of the volunteers (including our outstanding officials Kay & Mike!), the rest of SOHawaii, law enforcement, First Hawaiian Bank, and Ms. Ward & Ms. Castro for an incredible event! Many thanks also go out to our families Auntie Latosha, Auntie Nichole, Auntie Jessica, & Mr. Keim! We’re very excited for 2022 <3

I entered this school year not knowing anyone who I’d directly work with &… hit the jackpot! Mr. Keim & I became co-teachers in P4 & instantly hit it off. He is the kindest teacher & person. Our P4 kiddos (of which includes none other than IamQuran & Saige!) & the outstanding supporting cast of educators made this 1st Semester very special and I am so grateful. Year 27 & my final run/stop has begun. Happy Holidays, everyone!

Our 13-season streak of attending at least 1 Warrior game was broken by COVID. However, we resumed with our 14th season last night! The new complex is nice with the small setting making the atmosphere much better. Plus, we were sitting so close to the action, which was nonstop from start to finish. We’re already super excited for next season!
